THE RITUAL CIRCUIT

  • A 60-minute self-guided experience for intimate groups. Based on your intake, you receive a recommended flow through the space. A soundtrack plays throughout, with gentle bells marking each transition: contrast therapy (30 min), sound and red light therapy (15 min), and lounge (15 min). The circuit is a container, not a curriculum. Everything is sequenced so you can drop in fully without decision-making.

  • The core of El Ritual is the Ritual Circuit, your access to the full facility: sauna, contrast, sound, light, and lounge. We're also launching a curated menu of resident practitioner services at the studio, including treatments like facials and lymphatic work. Details coming soon.

  • Not in the traditional sense. The core of El Ritual is the 1,300 sq ft facility itself: a hand-built custom Alder wood sauna that fits 12, two rain showers, three marine-grade stainless steel plunge tubs tuned from 50° to 104°, four red light and sound meditation pods, and a lounge to journal, drink tea, and socialize. There are no treatments or appointments built into your visit. El Ritual creates the conditions. The practice is entirely your own.

    We are partnering with resident practitioners who will offer a curated menu of additional services beyond our Ritual Circuit.

  • No. First-timers are welcome. The circuit is self-guided and the sequence is designed to ease you in. Staff are available to answer questions before you begin.

  • The Ritual Circuit is a group session, four women per hour. The group is the point. This is built around community, a chance to connect, even if you don't speak a word the entire hour. There's power in body doubling, in moving through rest alongside others who are doing the same quiet work. Sauna Socials and special events open up to larger groups for a different kind of connection.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Your tier determines how many Ritual Circuit sessions you get each month. The Ritual Circuit is a fixed-capacity experience, four women per session, so all visits are booked in advance against the live schedule. Membership gives you priority booking access. It does not guarantee a specific time slot.

  • Yes, if you buy a Founding Membership payment in taken at checkout.

    Monthly Members: You will not be charged for month 2 until one month after your first session

    Annual Members: Your 12 months of access will begin on your first session visit.

  • No tier is unlimited. Each membership level includes a set number of monthly visits, and every visit is booked individually based on availability.

  • It's an annual payment option for our 4x/month membership tier. Same visit allowance, paid yearly instead of monthly. You will enjoy the deepest discount on this membership option. it equates to just $25 a session.

  • Visits do not roll over. We maintain enough slots on our schedule to match member demand, so your monthly allowance is designed to be reachable, but unused visits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Yes. We cap total membership at 50 to protect the experience and make sure every member can actually get her sessions in. Once we reach capacity, new members join a waitlist.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Yes. The Ritual Circuit is a women-only and women-identifying space. El Ritual was built on the conviction that most wellness spaces cater to male guests. This is the space that was missing. Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcome. Special and private events and our Sauna Social events are open to all genders — check our calendar for upcoming dates.

  • Women and women-identifying individuals 18 and older. El Ritual is built specifically around women's nervous system health.

  • 410 N. Toole Ave., Tucson, AZ in the Historic Depot. Our neighbors are Salon Salon, Vertigo Wine Bar, Hotel Congress across the street and Friday Pilates just under the 6th St. underpass.

    We have metered parking available directly in front of the studio, with additional parking to the west. Meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Bring your own swimwear or opaque undergarments. Where possible, natural fibers are best especially in the sauna. Some brands we love: Mate the Label, Jungmaven, Pact, and Saade.

  • A towel, a linen robe designed and handmade in Tucson by Erin Cox for El Ritual, and Archies slides. Everything you need for the hour is taken care of. Complimentary personal amenities and refreshments are also provided.

  • We ask that you have a light meal before arriving so you feel your best. Inside, filtered water, hot tea, and essential mineral packets are provided. No outside food or drink other than water, please.

  • Yes. Everyone showers before entering the circuit to remove oils, product, makeup, etc. We also require a quick rinse after each sauna round to wash away sweat. This is part of the flow before entering the plunge tubs.

  • El Ritual is a no-screen studio during the Ritual Circuit. We ask all phones are stowed in your locker before you begin. This is an hour to unplug and tune into something deeper than a screen. It's the whole point.

BOOKING & EVENTS

  • Sessions open up to two weeks in advance and close 30 minutes before start time. Book at elritual.studio/reserve.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your session and cane be done online on the Momence platform. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and forfeit the session.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • We want every woman who walks through our door to have a safe and supported experience. If you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns about the modalities we offer, please consult your physician before booking.

  • Mild skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis are generally fine. If you're in an active flare, use your judgment and modify as needed.

    If you've recently had Botox or filler, please talk to your injector about how long you should wait before heat exposure.

  • If you have an injury affecting mobility, let us know and we'll help you modify your circuit.
