We are testing, learning and dialing things in to ensure an excellent experience.

Pick a date and reserve your spot. Sessions are women only and self-guided unless otherwise stated in the description. We may ask for feedback in quick surveys after your session.

  • A swimsuit or sauna suit (natural fiber undergarments work well!) and an intention for your ritual.

    We provide a towel, linen robe, studio slides, and shower amenities.

  • A Ritual session runs 60 minutes. You’ll move through 3 blocks:

    1. Contrast (sauna, cold plunge)

    2. Light & Sound (red light & sound therapy)

    3. Lounge (tea, electrolytes, journaling, unstructured rest)

      Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time to settle in. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after your scheduled time you may not be able to join.

  • Always. Coordinate your reservations, and you’ll move through the circuit together. If you need booking assistance, email us at hello@elritual.studio.

  • We are a no-phone environment. This is a perfect time to take a break from screens and tune in to something deeper. Physical books or magazines are welcome!

    If you need access to your phone for medical reasons, please let us know at check in. A phone pouch will be provided.

  • El Ritual is a women’s studio. All sessions unless otherwise stated are reserved for women and femmes.

    There are some sessions on our schedule that are open to all–these will be noted in the session title and description.
